06:30 AM – Pickup & Briefing
The day begins with hotel pickup in Kathmandu and transfer to the starting point. At the base location, the guide provides a short briefing about the route, safety rules, and cycling equipment. Bikes and helmets are checked before starting the ride.
07:00 AM – Start Cycling from Kathmandu Valley
The cycling tour begins through quiet backstreets and local neighborhoods of Kathmandu. Riders gradually move towards less crowded roads, passing traditional houses, local markets, and small temples, experiencing the daily lifestyle of the valley.
09:00 AM – Visit to Cultural & Heritage Sites
The route continues towards important cultural landmarks such as ancient temples, courtyards, or nearby UNESCO heritage areas. A short stop is made for sightseeing, photography, and learning about the historical and religious significance of the sites.
11:00 AM – Ride towards Scenic Viewpoint / Village Area
The tour proceeds towards a more natural and peaceful area on the outskirts of the city. Cyclists enjoy views of hills, terraced fields, and surrounding landscapes. A short break is taken for snacks and rest.
01:00 PM – Lunch Break
A stop is made at a local restaurant or cafe where participants can enjoy traditional Nepali or continental lunch. This is also a time to relax and refresh before continuing the ride.
02:00 PM – Return Ride to Kathmandu
After lunch, the cycling journey heads back towards Kathmandu through a different scenic route. The ride is relaxed, with occasional stops for photos and rest.
04:00 PM – Tour Completion & Drop-off
The cycling tour ends upon reaching the starting point. Participants are transferred back to their hotel, marking the end of a full-day cycling adventure in Kathmandu Valley.
